Terrell M. Walker II, age 27, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 400 block of West Graham Street on February 4th, at 11:20 PM., for a Lee County Failure to Appear Warrant. Walker was processed and released with a pending court date.
Karrie Kinnison, age 31, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1100 block of Highland Avenue on February 4th, at 12:04 PM., for Lee County, Ogle County, and Whiteside County Warrants. Kinnison was taken to Lee County Jail.
Haley Freise, age 28, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 200 block of SouthHennepin Avenue, on February 5th, at 3:47 PM., for a Lee County Failure to
Appear Warrant. Freise was released from custody.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
