Memorial Hospital Offers Hands-On Protein Energy Bite Classes This Spring

Memorial Hospital is inviting adults in the community to join a hands-on cooking series focused on healthy snacking. Registered Dietitian Jennifer Soucie will guide participants through making two flavors of protein-packed energy bites each month, with options like Thin Mint, Cookie Dough, Cinnamon Vanilla Breakfast, and more. The classes aim to teach simple ways to boost nutrition and energy using wholesome ingredients. Sessions are scheduled for March 11th, April 1st, and May 6th from 5:30 to 6:30 PM at the Health & Wellness Teaching Kitchen in Carthage. Space is limited to 10 participants per class.
