Nicole Foss, age 42, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1300 block of Christiana Terrace on February 18th, at 9:45 AM., for a Ogle County Warrant, a Rockford Police Department Warrant, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Foss was transported to the Lee County Jail.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
