Jessica C. Engelkens, age 41, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 800 block of North Galena Avenue on February 22nd, at 12:55 AM., for an Ogle County Criminal Trespass Warrant. Engelkens was taken to the Lee County Jail.
Christopher L. Lindsley, age 42, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 300 block of Custer Avenue on February 22nd, at 6:49 PM., for Retail Theft, Retail Theft
(Subsequent), and a Whiteside County Failure to Appear Warrant. Lindsley was taken to the Lee County Jail.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
