Reward for Missing 10-Week-Old Shih Tzu Puppy Lost Near Annawan Exit on Interstate 80 on February 26th

A search continues for a missing 10-week-old male Shih Tzu that escaped from a stopped vehicle on Interstate 80, on the Annawan exit near mile marker 33, around 2:30 PM on February 26, 2026. The puppy, recently picked up from an Indiana breeder and called either “Puppy” or “Rino,” is described as very timid and was last seen wearing a leather harness with a red emblem, plus a collar. He is also microchipped and registered to Family Affairs Puppies. The owners, who live in Iowa, are desperate for his safe return and are offering a cash reward.
