William H. Westmorland, age 48, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1200 block of Peoria Avenue on March 8th, at 9:36 P.M., for Domestic Battey and Domestic Battery Subsequent Offense. Westmorland was taken to the Lee County Jail.
Robert D. Vandyke, age 45, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1600 block of Fulfs Lane on March 9th, at 1:34 AM., for Obstructing Justice and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Vandyke was processed and released with a Notice to Appear.
