Through their Work Experience program, companies can offer short-term, hands-on training to motivated job seekers with no payroll or workers’ compensation costs. BEST, Inc. covers participant wages and provides full support, allowing employers to assess potential hires before making permanent decisions.
The program aims to reduce onboarding and training expenses, fill hard-to-staff positions, and cultivate a talent pipeline familiar with company operations. Roles commonly supported include clerical, janitorial, child care, dietary aide, warehouse, and retail positions, benefiting both businesses and the local workforce.
