Curtis L. Pitzer, age 53, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 900 block of Grace Avenue on March 19th, at 9:07 PM., for Domestic Battery (Subsequent
Offense) and Domestic Battery. Pitzer was processed and transported to the Lee County Jail.
Codi L. Despain, age 20, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1400 block of West Fourth Street on March 20th, at 12:30 AM., for a Lee County Failure to Appear Warrant and Possession of Methamphetamine. Despain was taken to the Lee County Jail.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
