Miguel A. Garcia, age 34, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 300 block of Grant Avenue on April 12th, at 7:00 PM., for Aggravated Assault. Garcia was released with a Notice to Appear. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
