Audrey L. Waechter, age 34, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1700 block of Fulfs Lane on April 27th, at 6:15 A.M., for Driving Under the Influence of Drugs. Waechter was processed and released with a Notice to Appear.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
