Dixon Police Report for May 26th
Tyler J. Fancher, age 28, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 400 block of First Avenue on May 22nd, at 6:53 PM., for a Lee County Failure to Appear Warrant. Fancher posted bond and was released with a pending court date.
Justin I. Hey, age 43, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 200 block of West Morgan Street on May 23rd, at 7:26 AM., for a Lee County Warrant for Residential Burglary, Aggravated Battery, and Criminal Trespass to a Residence. Hey was transported to the Lee County Jail.
Jacqulyn M. Maura, age 34, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 100 block of East Third Street on May 23rd, at 3:41 PM., for Driving on a Suspended License and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Maura was processed and released with a pending court date.
Robert J. Vogenthaler, age 54, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 400 block of East First Street on May 22nd, at 4:30 PM., for a Lee County Warrant. Vogenthaler was transported to the Lee County Jail.
Kaydence L. Spencer, age 18, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 200 block of West Boyd Street on May 24, at 5:25 P.M, for Driving while License Revoked. Spencer was processed and released with a Notice to Appear.
Shawn A. Nelson, age 45, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 100 block of West River Street on May 24, at 11:10 P.M, for Driving while License Suspended. Nelson was processed and released with a Notice to Appear.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
