Johnson Hose Company Celebrates a Big 150 Years of Service
The Morrison Fire Department is set to celebrate its one hundred fiftieth anniversary with a major community event, tomorrow, Saturday June 6th. Festivities kick off with a car show at the Whiteside County Fairgrounds, followed by a block party featuring food trucks, games, and entertainment for all ages.
A highlight of the day will be a parade honoring the department’s long history of service. Live performances are scheduled from local bands On the Rocks and JaCi and the Juice. Community members are encouraged to join the celebration and show their support for the department’s remarkable milestone.
