Public Meeting for U.S. 30 in Morrison Project
The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) is holding an important public meeting tomorrow, Tuesday, July 21st, regarding the proposed reconstruction and improvements to U.S. 30 in Morrison (spanning from west of IL-78 north to Jackson Street). Because the proposed multi-use paths, intersection changes, and drainage upgrades will utilize land around City Park and cross into historic districts, county residents are strongly encouraged to attend and weigh in on the Phase I plans.
