The Great Sauk Valley Gas Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Promotion Name

The promotion is known as The Great Sauk Valley Gas Giveaway.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion begins on July 6, 2026 and ends on September 25, 2026. Entries must be received during the promotion period to be eligible. Regional Media reserves the right to adjust the promotion schedule, drawing dates, or entry deadlines as needed.

3. Eligibility

The Great Sauk Valley Gas Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and immediate family members of Regional Media, Regional Media News 1240AM & 93.1FM, Star 105.5, Hog Country 102.7, ExpressLane, Frary Lumber, participating sponsors, advertising agencies, promotional partners, and their affiliated companies are not eligible to win.

Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

Listeners may enter by scanning the official promotion QR code at participating locations or by visiting regionalmedianews.com and completing the official entry form.

Only one entry per person per week is permitted unless otherwise stated by Regional Media. Incomplete, duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or illegible entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Regional Media.

No purchase or fuel purchase is required to enter or win.

5. Prize

One winner will be selected each week during the 12-week promotion period. Each weekly winner will receive one $100 ExpressLane gas card.

A total of 12 winners will be selected during the promotion. Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $1,200.

Prizes are not transferable, may not be substituted, and may not be redeemed for cash. Regional Media reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection

Weekly winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable weekly entry period.

Drawings will be conducted by Regional Media or its authorized representatives. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winners may only win once during the promotion period.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the information provided on the entry form. Winners may be notified by phone, email, or other contact method provided at the time of entry.

If a selected winner cannot be reached, does not respond within a reasonable period of time, is found to be ineligible, or fails to claim the prize, Regional Media reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Regional Media is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or outdated contact information submitted by entrants.

8. Prize Claim

Winners may be required to provide valid identification and complete any required paperwork before receiving their prize.

Prizes must be claimed within the timeframe provided by Regional Media at the time of winner notification. Failure to claim the prize by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture.

9. Publicity Release

By entering the promotion, entrants grant Regional Media, participating radio stations, ExpressLane, Frary Lumber, and promotional partners the right to use their name, likeness, voice, city of residence, photo, and/or prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of Regional Media, which are final and binding in all matters related to this promotion.

Regional Media reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.

Regional Media is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or failed entries, whether caused by technical issues, internet problems, equipment failure, human error, or any other reason.

11. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Regional Media, Regional Media News 1240AM & 93.1FM, Star 105.5, Hog Country 102.7, ExpressLane, Frary Lumber, participating sponsors, promotional partners, and their respective owners, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, injuries, or liabilities arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

12. Taxes

Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

13. Sponsor

The Great Sauk Valley Gas Giveaway is promoted by Regional Media, including Regional Media News 1240AM & 93.1FM, Star 105.5, and Hog Country 102.7.

The promotion is presented by ExpressLane and Frary Lumber.
