According to the Toulon Fore Department, Highway 78 reopened around 11 PM.
A two-vehicle accident has closed Highway 78, North of West Jersey. The Stark County Sheriff’s Office advised the road is closed for emergency personnel on the scene. There is no estimated time for the highway to open. Injuries are unknown but a Kewanee Fire Department Ambulance is providing mutual aid at the scene. Updated at 9:20 PM.
