Alpha Man Sentenced to Two Years in Prison for Violating an Order of Protection

A 40-year-old Alpha man was sentenced to two years in the Ilinois Department of Corrections (IDOC) for violating an order of protection in place for battering his mother, father, and child in 2023. Timothy White pleaded guilty to count one for violation of the order of protection, and count two for violation of the order of protection was dismissed.  White was sentenced to two years in IDOC, followed by four years of Mandatory Supervised Release, fines, and assessments, and he must report to court services within 180 days after release from IDOC to make payment arrangements. The state revoked his probation for cases 2023CF85 and 2023CF115.  He was sentenced to a concurrent term of two years in IDOC for both revoked probation cases.

White pleaded guilty to count one for Aggravated Battery/Victim 60+ and count four for Domestic Battery/Physical Contact on July 20, 2023, for 23CF85.  He was sentenced to 180 days in the Henry County Jail (stayed) and 30 months of probation for count one.  He was sentenced to 24 months of probation and 180 days in the Henry County Jail (concurrent to Count 1). White pleaded guilty to count one for Aggravated Battery/Victim 60+ on July 20, 2023, for case 23CF115.  He was sentenced to 30 months of probation and 180 days in the Henry County Jail (stayed).
