CARTHAGE, IL – Memorial Hospital has announced that scholarship monies are available through the Memorial Hospital/HIA Scholarship Fund and Memorial Hospital Medical Staff Scholarship for Hancock County residents interested in pursuing a healthcare career or are already enrolled in a healthcare program.
This opportunity is provided to any Hancock County resident due to the generosity of the Hancock County Health Improvement Association that designated monies for that purpose to Memorial Hospital.
Applications for these scholarships are available through the administrative office at Memorial Hospital in Carthage. The deadline for application submission is April 7, 2023. A certified copy of the student’s transcript is also required with the application. The monies do not need to be repaid if recipients complete their education in a health care field and/or career.
