Several local coffee shops are raising awareness and funds for Child Abuse Prevention Month by partnering with Braveheart Children’s Advocacy Center. Country Morning Cafe in Kewanee, Krans Kafe in Bishop Hill, Parlor Coffee & Cream Co. in Sheffield, and The Coffee Hub in Lacon are each serving up special blue beverages. Notably, all proceeds from Country Morning’s “Tidal Wave” energy cooler will benefit Braveheart CAC. These creative drinks raise both funds and awareness for a crucial cause.
