Sterling Police
Alexis N Crenshaw age, 26 of Sterling was arrested on Tuesday April 10th after a domestic battery report in the 1000 block of 8th avenue. Crenshaw was transported to The Whiteside County Jail.
Dixon Police
Tyler A. Bugbee, age 22, of Sterling, Illinois, was arrested in the 300 block of South Galena Avenue on April 11, 2023, at 1:17 AM., for Driving While License Suspended. Bugbee was processed and released with a pending court date.
John W. Messer, age 48, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1000 block of University Street on April 10 th , 2023, at 5:28 p.m. for Domestic Battery (Subsequent Offense) and Domestic Battery. Messer was processed and taken to the Lee County Jail.
Morrison Police
On Sunday, April 2nd , the Morrison Police Department responded to a harassment complaint at 211 Elm St., Morrison. As a result of the incident police arrested Evan Mahoney, age 30, of Morrison, for Residential Burglary, an outstanding warrant for contempt of court and driving revoked. Mahoney was transported to the Whiteside County Jail. Morrison police were assisted by the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Department.
The public is reminded that these are merely charges and all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
