MACOMB, IL – The Macomb Police Department has announced another arrest in conjunction with the shooting that took place early on Saturday morning at 533 N. Johnson St.
According to a press release issued by Chief Jeff Hamer, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Demond E. Wilson Jr., 25, of Calumet Park, IL. Wilson has been taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm with a bond set at $750,000. He is currently housed in the McDonough County Jail.
At this time, the Macomb Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the following person:
This person is not a suspect; however, it is believed that he has important details about the shooting that took place that evening.
