Atkinson and Annawan area residents remain without electricity as Ameren works to find a solution to the outage. According to a release by the Henry County Office of Emergency Management (OEM), the earliest power will be restored to the area is 10:30 AM today, January 22, 224. Ameren has a mobile substation in place but it is taking longer than expected to get it working due to the weather.
