Kewanee residents are invited to support the local animal shelter at a special bingo fundraising event on Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 2 to 5 PM. The festivities take place at the Flemish American Club, with admission set at $15, granting each attendee two bingo cards. Additional cards can be purchased for $5 for extra chances to win. Lunch by Mark Eilers is served at noon for $6 a plate, which gets you a tenderized pork chop and potato salad. Throughout the event, prizes will be handed out every round, culminating in a cash prize for the lucky winner of the final game. All proceeds will benefit the Kewanee Animal Shelter, helping provide care and resources for animals in need.
