The Kewanee Boilers volleyball team celebrated a clean sweep at Rockridge, with freshman, JV, and varsity squads all picking up wins to close out the regular season. Varsity edged out a hard-fought victory, dropping the first set 22-25 before storming back 25-18 and 26-24, finishing with a 16-15-1 record. Standouts included Kendyl DeBlieck with 11 assists and 9 digs, and Macee Pickering, contributing 7 kills and 10 assists. The Boilers head into Regionals at Princeton next Tuesday, October 28th, at 7 PM. Supporters are encouraged to cheer on the team as they begin their postseason journey.
