MACOMB, IL – The Macomb Varsity Bomber Girls basketball postseason bid came to an end on Monday evening in Macomb during a Regional Semifinal game.
The Bombers entered the game with the #7 seed, having beaten Knoxville 41-36 over the weekend to move on to the Semifinal round where they faced #2 seed Canton at home. It was a close game, but ultimately the Little Giants came out ahead, beating the Bombers 51-47.
They finished the regular season with a 16-12 record, and went 1-1 in the postseason.
