Film enthusiasts and community supporters are invited to the Apollo Theater in Princeton for a special screening of “Green and Gold,” featuring Craig T. Nelson. The movie highlights the hardships and hopes of Wisconsin dairy farmers, centering on Buck’s fight to save his family’s four-generation farm from foreclosure. Themes of perseverance and chasing dreams thread through the story, with free admission, popcorn, and a drink provided by the Bureau County Farm Bureau and Culver’s. The event begins at 6:30 PM on June 23, and tickets can be reserved at the Bureau County Farm Bureau or Princeton Culver’s until June 16th. Those without reservations will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis, provided there is still space available when the doors open.
