Cambridge School Counselor Honored by Illinois School Counselor Association

Annie Wood from the Cambridge School District has been recognized as a School Counselor of the Year Honoree by the Illinois School Counselor Association. Alicia Scott of Niles West High School has been recognized as the School Counselor of the Year by the Illinois School Counselor Association. Alongside Scott, Franciene Sabens and Dr. Venisa Beasley Green were also celebrated with top honors for their dedication and impact in the field. The association further acknowledged the contributions of Je Taun Wright, Alexis McCullum, Annie Wood, and a number of other outstanding professionals. These awards highlight the vital work of school counselors across the state, emphasizing their commitment to supporting and guiding Illinois students through academic and personal challenges.
