Young aspiring actors ages 8 to 14 are invited to participate in Camp 56, a unique summer theatre experience brought to you by Learning Stages and Festival 56. Held at St. Matthews Lutheran Church from July 7 to July 18, campers will work alongside industry professionals, developing their acting, singing, and technical skills. The program includes workshops in auditioning, scenic design, and musical theatre, culminating in an ensemble appearance in multiple performances of The Little Mermaid from July 25 to August 3. Festival56 is now accepting registrations for its upcoming youth camp, with a fee of $125 per child. Families in need can apply for scholarships and enjoy discounts for multiple siblings. Registration forms are available at the theater or online at festival56.com under the education tab. Completed forms and fees should be mailed to the Festival box office at 316 South Main Street in Princeton or scanned and emailed to [email protected]. For those preferring digital payment, online registration is available through the ticketing site by selecting Camp 56, though please note that service fees will apply. The deadline to register is June 30, 2025.
