With a distinguished service record starting on February 16, 2003, and a promotion to captain in 2015, Cain’s dedication is evident in his extensive contributions. Beyond managing critical equipment, he spearheads the Juvenile Fire Setter Program and plays a pivotal role in recruitment and training efforts. Galesburg honored his commitment and leadership at a special ceremony on April 26, emphasizing his invaluable role both within the department and the community. Captain Cain’s recognition reflects his exemplary service and unwavering professionalism.
