  1. Consideration of an Ordinance to Adopt a Budget for the City of Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois for the Fiscal year Commencing on May 1, 2024 and ending April 30, 2025.
    • This ordinance had first reading May 1st. City Attorney Scalf will present for second reading and final action.
  2. Consideration of an Ordinance to Amend the City Fee Schedule.
    • This ordinance had first reading May 1st. City Attorney Scalf will present for second reading and final action.

  1. Consideration of an Ordinance Authorizing the Sale of Certain Personal Property (Equipment and Vehicles) Owned by the City of Macomb.
    • A copy of the ordinance is attached. City Attorney Scalf will present for first reading.
  2. Consideration to Authorize McDonough County Public Transportation to make application to Illinois Department of Transportation for Statewide Planning and Research Funds.
    • This was discussed at COW. Final action is in order.
  3. Consideration to Authorize Agreement between the City of Macomb and the Macomb Area Convention and Visitors Bureau for the Monopoly Sculptures.
    • This was discussed at COW. A copy of the agreement is attached. Final action is in order.
  4. Consideration to Approve Contract Medical Transportation Employee Leasing and Administrative Services Agreement.
    • A memo from City Attorney Scalf is attached along with the agreement. Final action is in order.
  5. Consideration to Approve Addendum to Employment Agreement with Dan Meyer as Fire Chief.
    • Final action is in order
  6. Consideration to Approve Addendum to Employment Agreement with Jeff Hamer as Police Chief.
    • Final action is in order.
  7. Consideration to Approve Addendum to Employment Agreement with Alice Ohrtmann as Public Works Director.
