  3. Consideration to Authorize McDonough County Public Transportation Department Employee Changes.

  4. Consideration to Adopt Resolution and Approve Agreement Authorizing Interagency Agreement between the City of Macomb for McDonough County Public Transportation Program and Hancock County Public Transportation.
    • Attached are memo, resolution, and agreement from Director Lambert. Final action is in order.
  5. Consideration to Approve Agreement between McDonough County Transportation (MCPT) and the Macomb Park District “Match” Agreement to begin June1, 2024 through May 31, 2025.

  6. Consideration to Adopt Bed Bug Policy for the McDonough County Public Transportation.
    • Attached are memo and policy from Director Lambert. Final action is in order.
  7. Consideration to Appoint Andrew Erwin as Interim Transit Director at Salary of $59,516.83.
    • Attached is a memo from CA Coker. Final action is required.
  8. Consideration to Approve Contract Agreement between the City of Macomb and John Bannon on an hourly rate ($41.97) for a period of six months.
    • Attached are memo and agreement from CA Coker. Final action is in order.
  9. Consideration to Authorize and Execute Credit Purchase Agreement between the City of Macomb and Nexamp Solar, LLC.
    • This was discussed at COW April 29th. Final action is in order.
  10. Consideration to Approve Safe Streets 4 All (SS4A) grant match $50,000.00.
    • This was discussed at Community Development meeting April 30th with consensus. Final action is in order.
  11. Consideration to Authorize the purchase of three properties ($5,000.00 ea) through Strong Communities Program revitalization and re-sell, 1331 E. Pierce, 417 W. Wheeler, 421 E. Jefferson Streets.
    • This was discussed at Community Development meeting April 30th with consensus. Final action is order.
  12. Consideration to Authorize Request for Bids for Demolition of 21 Properties through the Strong Communities Program.
    • This was discussed at Community Development meeting April 30th with consensus. Final action is in order.
  13. Consideration to Approve Agreement between the City of Macomb and Megan Pittman to Manage the Glenwood Pool for the Summer Season 2024.
    • Attached are memo and agreement from Attorney Scalf. Final action is in order.
  14. Consideration of an Ordinance Amending Chapter 17 of the Macomb Municipal Code Pertaining to the Lodging/Boarding/Rooming House.
    • Attached are memo and copy of the proposed ordinance. Attorney Scalf will present for first reading.
  15. Consideration to Authorize a Road Use and Maintenance Agreement between the City of Macomb and Argyle Lake Solar, LLC.
    • Attached is a copy of the agreement and attachments. Final action is in order.
