PUBLIC COMMENTS – Citizens wishing to address the City Council on matters germane to the agenda of the meeting will be limited to Three (3) minutes and are asked to be brief and concise in making their remarks. Comments submitted by mail or email will not be read aloud but a copy will be provided to each member of the Council and made a part of the minutes.

1. Discussion on an Ordinance to Authorize Issuance of a Special Use Permit to Allow Large Scale Solar Energy System in an AG-1 Agriculture Zoned District at 280 Ember Road, Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois.
   • This ordinance had first read last Monday night. Discussion is planned.
2. 2. Discussion on Community Solar.
   • This was discussed at General Gov’t. Committee. A memo from CA Coker is attached. Discussion is planned.
3. Review Proposed Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget.
   • CA Coker will present a summarization of the budget.

1. 1. Appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of an employee of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, pursuant to Sec. 2(c) (1) of the Open Meetings Act.
   2. Collective Bargaining matters between the public body and its employees or representatives or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees, pursuant to Sec. 2(c) (2) of the Open Meetings Act.
   3. Selection of a person to fill a public office, including a vacancy in a public office or the discipline, performance, or removal of the occupant of a public office, pursuant to Sec. 2(c)(3) of the Open Meetings Act.
   4. The purchase or lease of real property for the use of the public body, pursuant to Sec. 2(c) (5) of the Open Meetings Act.
   5. Pending or probable litigation, pursuant to Sec. 2(c) (11) of the Open Meetings Act
