Comfort Food Class by Susan Glassman

The University of Illinois Extension offers a free class, ‘Comfort Foods Reinvented’. Educator Susan Glassman will teach simple swaps for enjoying comfort foods with a health-friendly twist. The classes will be held at the Ottawa YMCA and Princeton Public Library in April. Participants can expect to take home fresh recipes and partake in in-class taste tests. Registration can be conducted online or via a call to the main office.

April Classes are offered at:
LaSalle County: Ottawa YMCA, 201 E. Jackson Street, Ottawa, April 12th, from 1:30–2:30 PM. To register, please call Ottawa YMCA at 815-433-2395
