The 2nd Runner-up for the Little Miss World Festival, Jocelyn Wexell, won the new Mini Miss Spunky Award. The Mini Miss Spunky Award is given to the young lady who best fits the personality of Brycelyn Powell. The Powell family created the award to honor the Forever 6 Mini Miss Contestant, Brycelyn Powell after she was lost to Epilepsy. “We cherish her memory and will forever be grateful to have this beautiful family in our lives!”
