Two remarkable Wethersfield students were named Student of the Month for November because they set high standards both in academics and athletics. Zeb Rashid, not only excels in every sport he participates in but also balances his athletic commitments with impressive academic performance. Currently, he’s working towards his welding certificate as a dual credit student at Black Hawk College. Similarly, Emersyn Nelson demonstrates exceptional dedication, juggling volleyball, her role in the National Honor Society, and her dual credit coursework at Black Hawk College. These student-athletes exemplify leadership and commitment, shining as role models in their community.
Zeb Rashid – Zeb is a leader here at Wethersfield for his positive attitude as a student-athlete. He shines in every sport, has good grades, and is earning his welding certificate as a dual credit student through Black Hawk College.
Emersyn Nelson – Emersyn is an excellent student with outstanding character. She is involved in many extracurriculars such as volleyball and, National Honor Society, and is a dual credit student with Black Hawk College.
