Nicole Daulton: Nicole Daulton remains in custody on a $500,000 (10%) bond. The co-defendant case is still pending. The Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for May 16, 2024, at 9 AM. Nicole Daulton is charged with three (3) counts of Permitting the Sexual Abuse of a Child (Class 1 Felony).

Justin Kirchner: Justin Kirchner remains in custody on a $500,000 (10%) bond. The defense said they are ready to go to trial on the Aggravated DUI case and they have subpoenas going out for medical records. The State intends to file a motion in limine.
