Nicole Daulton:  Nicole Daulton remains in custody on a $500,000 (10%) bond.   The co-defendant case is still pending.  The Jury Pre-Trial is continued to March 14, 2024, at 9 AM.  Nicole Daulton is charged with three (3) counts of Permitting the Sexual Abuse of a Child (Class 1 Felony).  Daulton is charged for allegedly allowing Melcon DeJesus to sexually abuse her minor child.  DeJesus is charged with four (4) counts of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child under 13 2021CF96.

Javon Porter:  Javon Porter remains in custody at the Henry County Jail.   Discussions of offers and counteroffers continue.  A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for March 14, 2024, at 9 AM.  Porter is charged with Attempted Murder (Class X Felony), Possession of a Firearm by a Felon (Class 3 Felony), Reckless Discharge of a Firearm (Class 4), and two counts of Aggravated Battery with a Firearm (Class X Felony).

Timothy Hopping:  Timothy Hopping remains in the custody of the Henry County Jail.  A Plea hearing is scheduled for March 22, 2024, at 11:30 AM.  Timothy Hopping is charged with Violate Order of Protection (Class 4 Felony), Obscene Messages/Order of Protection (Class 4 Felony), Violate Order of Protection (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2023CF144, Home Invasion/Sex Offense (Class X Felony), two counts of Criminal Sexual Assault/Force (Class 1 Felony), two counts of Violation of Order of Protection (Class 4 Felony) for case 2023CF337, and Aggravated Battery/Peace Officer (Class 2 Felony) and Resisting (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2023CF364.

Jacob Boss:  Set for Final Pre-trial on March 25, 2024, at 9 AM.  If there is no agreement, on case goes to trial. Jacob Boss is charged with Criminal Damage to Property <$500 (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2024CM11, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle (Class 2 Felony) for case 2023CF198, Theft <500 from a School/Government (Class 2 Felony) for case 2023CF336, Retail Theft <300 (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2023CM26, Reckless Driving (Class A Misdemeanor), No Valid Registration (Class P Other), Operate Uninsured Motor Vehicle (Class P Other), Improper Lane Usage (Class P Other) and No Headlights (Class P Other) for case 2023MT770, Operate Uninsured Motor Vehicle for case 2023TR1174, Operate Uninsured Motor Vehicle and No Valid Registration for case 2023TR1941, Expired Registration, Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle and No Seatbelt by Driver for case 2023TR2422.

Brian Ocampo: Attorney Vandersnick entered his appearance for the case.  A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for April 11, 2024, at 1 PM.  Ocampo is charged with Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon (Class 4 Felony).

Trayton Jones:  Trayton Jones is charged with failing to report within in three days to the Kewanee Police that he obtained a Facebook account on or about November 24, 2023, per the sex offender registry act.  A counter offer was sent to the State.  A Jury Pre-trial is scheduled for March 14, 2024, at 10 AM.  Trayton Jones is charged with two counts of Failure to Report Annually (Class 3 Felony).

Justin Kirchner:  Justin Kirchner remains in custody on a $500,000 (10%) bond.  The Defense just received the report from their expert and needs to get a copy to the State.  A Jury Pre-trial is scheduled for March 14, 2024, at 1 PM. Kirchner is charged with two counts of Aggravated Battery/Public Place (Class 3 Felony) for case 2024CF13, Aggravated DUI causing a Death (Class 2 Felony), DUI Any Amount of Drug (Class A Misdemeanor) plus traffic tickets for case 2022CF301,Possession of Meth <5 Grams (Class 3 Felony), Driving on Suspended License (Class A Misdemeanor), Plus traffic citations for case 2023CF92, Driving on a Suspended License (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2023MT28, and Aggravated Fleeing/21 MPH Over (Class 4 Felony), Aggravated Fleeing/2+ Control Devices (Class 4 Felony) and Reckless Driving (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2023CF238.

Nickolas Ingle:  Ingle is in the hospital, according to his girlfriend.  Nickolas Ingle needs to provide proof of the hospital admission.  A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for March 14, 2023, at 10 AM.  Nickolas Ingle is charged with Criminal Damage/$10k-100K (Class 3 Felony) for case 2023CF367 and Driving Under the Influence of Drug (Class A Misdemeanor), Tetrahydrocannabinol Within 2 hours of driving (Class A Misdemeanor), Improper Lane Usage (Class P Other) and Failure to Reduce Speed (Class P Other) for case 2023DT47.

Juan Montemayor: Attorney Bruce Carmen appears for the defendant.  A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for April 11, 2024, at 1 PM.   Montemayor is charged with Manufacture/Deliver 900+ Grams Fentanyl (Class X Felony), Possession of a Gun by a Felon (Class 3 Felony), and Aggravated Unlawful Use of A Weapon (Class 4 Felony) for case 2022CF188, Aggravated Battery/Public Place (Class 3 Felony) and Battery/Makes Physical Contact (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2021CF340 plus various driving violations.

Jessica Lindquist:   Jessica Lindquist intends to submit an application to Drug Court.  A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for April 11, 2024, at 1 PM.  Lindquist is charged with Bringing Contraband into a Penal Institution (Class 1 Felony) and Official Misconduct (Class 3 Felony).

Ivan Schinkey:  An offer was discussed with the State.  Schinkey will now take an open plea.  A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for March 14, 2024, at 2 PM.  Schinkey is charged with Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm (Class 1 Felony), Aggravated Reckless Discharge of a Firearm (Class 4 Felony), Unlawful Possession of a Weapon and Ammo (Class 4 Felony), Possession of a Firearm without a valid FOID (Class A Misdemeanor), and Criminal Trespass to Railroad Property (Class C Misdemeanor).

Kaler Deakin:  A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for March 14, 2024, at 2 PM.  Deakin is charged with two (2) counts of Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon/Vehicle (Class 4 Felony), two (2) counts of Possession of a Firearm (Class 4 Felony), Violation of Bail Bond (Class A Misdemeanor), Violation of Pretrial Release (Class A Misdemeanor) and Transportation of Alcohol (Class P Other) 2023CF12.

Dean Blair:  Dean Blair remains in the custody of the Henry County Jail. Dean Blair pleaded guilty to Possession of Meth <5 grams and Cruelty to Animals.  The remaining counts were dismissed.  Blair was sentenced to three years in the Illinois Department of Corrections, followed by 6 months Mandatory Supervised Release, credit for time served and day for day credit, and fines and assessment. Blair fled from a Henry County Sheriff’s Office Deputy on a bicycle and threw the dog on the ground while fleeing.  The traffic stop was initiated for traffic violations.  Dean Blair was originally charged with Possession of Meth <5 Grams (Class 3 Felony), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Class A Misdemeanor), and three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Class 4 Felony) for case 2023CF388.  Blair is charged with Possession of Meth <5 Grams (Class 3 Felony), Possession of Syringes (Class A Misdemeanor), Obstructing Peace Officer (Class A Misdemeanor) and Animal Cruelty (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2023CF344.

William Withrow – William Withrow accepted a plea deal for probation, community service, and 10 days in jail. Withrow pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license for case 23CF233 and received 24 month Probation, 240 hours of Community Service, and 10 days in the Henry County Jail (stayed pending compliance).  Withrow pleaded guilty to Resisting for case 23CM196 and received 10 days or 240 hours in the Henry County Jail (will report to Jail on March 1st).  All remaining counts and cases dismissed per the agreement.  Withrow was originally charged with Driving on a Revoked License (Class 4 Felony) and Driving on a Revoked/Suspended License (Class A Misdemeanor) for 2023CF233, Resisting a Peace Officer for 2023CM196,  Obstructing (Class A Misdemeanor) for 2023CM89, Criminal Trespass to Real Property (Class B Misdemeanor) and Criminal Damage to Property (Class A Misdemeanor) for 2024CM8.

John A Debord:  John A DeBord, of Geneseo, pleaded guilty to the single count of Video in Public in an open plea on February 16, 2024. A Pre-sentencing Investigation was ordered and a Sentencing Hearing is scheduled for June 14, 2024, at 1 PM.  DeBord was originally charged with Video in a Public Place/Victim under 18 (Class 3 Felony) for case 22CF330.  DeBord placed this cell phone in a female changing room at the community pool and unlawfully recorded a female, under 18 years of age, without her permission.
