Nickolas Ingle: The Defense requested a continuance to review discovery. The last appointment Ingle had with his attorney was in January. Judge Patton granted one last continuance. If Ingle doesn’t meet with his attorney, cases start going to trial. A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for April 11, 2023, at 10 AM. Swearingen is charged with Possession of Meth <5 Grams (Class 3 Felony) and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Class 4 Felony) for case 2023CF308.
Jeremy Colombani: Jeremy Colombani remains in the custody of Mary Davis in Galesburg on a $500,000 (10%) bond. Plea negotiations continue. A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for April 11, 2024, at 2 PM. Colombani is charged with two (2) counts of First Degree Murder (Class M Felony), Aggravated Battery/Great Bodily Harm (Class 3 Felony), Obstructing Justice/Destroy Evidence (Class 4 Felony) and Mob Action (Class 4 Felony) for case 23CF84. Colombani is charged with the fatal stabbing of Clifton Parks in Kewanee on April 1st.
Justin Kenter: Justin Kentner appeared by Zoom because he didn’t have transportation. There is a possible development that may require Attorney Sosalla to withdraw. They will know before the next pretrial. A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for April 11, 2024, at 2 PM. Kentner is charged with Aggravated Battery/Public Place (Class 3 Felony) and Obstructing Justice/Destroy Evidence (Class 4 Felony).
