Roberto Martinez: Roberto Martinez remains in custody. Martinez waived his Preliminary Hearing and Formal Arraignment. He pleaded not guilty. Rodrigo Hernandez-Hernandez: The defense attorney doesn’t have contact information for Rodigo, and he was unable to stay until 2 PM. Mr. Hernandez-Hernandez was informed of the continuance when he appeared at 2 PM. UPDATE: Rodrigo waived a preliminary hearing and formal arraignment on December 2nd. A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for January 23, 2025, at 9 AM. Rodrigo Hernandez-Hernandez is charged with Cannabis Trafficking >5,000 Grams (Class X Felony), Mfg/Del Cannabis >5,000 Grams (Class X Felony), and Possession of Cannabis >5,000 Grams (Class 1 Felony).
Joseph Menold: Joseph Menold remains in custody. Judge Hathaway found probable cause following a preliminary hearing. A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for December 19, 2024, at 1 PM. Menold is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine 100-400 Grams (Class X Felony), Possession of Methamphetamine with the Intent to Deliver 100-400 Grams (Enhanced Class X Felony), and Possession of Heroin (Class 4 Felony) for case 2023CF25. Meth Delivery 15<100 Grams (Class X Felony) and Possession of Meth 15<100 Grams (Class 1 Felony) for case 2024CF278.

Katherine Elliott is charged with Aggravated Battery/Public Place (Class 3 Felony), Battery/Physical Contact (Class A Misdemeanor), Resisting (Class A Misdemeanor), Criminal Damage to Property <$500 (Class A Misdemeanor), and Disorderly Conduct (Class C Misdemeanor) for case 2024CF214. Felon in Possession of a Firearm (Class 3 Felony) and Resisting (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2024CF215. Escape/Violate Electronic Monitoring (Class 3 Felony), Criminal Damage to Government Property <$500 (Class 4 Felony), and Resisting (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2024CF235.
Daylon Richardson: Daylon Richardson was convicted of two counts of first-degree murder by a jury on February 29, 2024. They are waiting on the neuropsychological study. Both parties provided the information requested by Dr. Stapelton. A Status Hearing is scheduled for January 13, 2025, at 9 AM.
