Montemayor is charged with Manufacture/Deliver 900+ Grams Fentanyl (Class X Felony), Possession of a Gun by a Felon (Class 3 Felony), and Aggravated Unlawful Use of A Weapon (Class 4 Felony) for case 2022CF188, Aggravated Battery/Public Place (Class 3 Felony) and Battery/Makes Physical Contact (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2021CF340, plus various driving violations.
Katherine Elliott: Katherine Elliott remains in custody. Elliott was fit to stand trial. A Preliminary Hearing is scheduled for September 30, 2024, at 1 PM. Katherine Elliott is charged with Aggravated Battery/Public Place (Class 3 Felony), Battery/Physical Contact (Class A Misdemeanor), Resisting (Class A Misdemeanor), Criminal Damage to Property <$500 (Class A Misdemeanor), and Disorderly Conduct (Class C Misdemeanor) for case 2024CF214. Felon in Possession of a Firearm (Class 3 Felony) and Resisting (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2024CF215. Escape/Violate Electronic Monitoring (Class 3 Felony), Criminal Damage to Government Property <$500 (Class 4 Felony), and Resisting (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2024CF235.
Joshua Sloan: Joshua Sloan remains in custody. Sloan appeared in court on September 19th after having refused to come to court on September 16th. Sloan intends to apply to drug court. A Bench Trial is scheduled for November 22, 2024, at 9 AM for case 2023CF358. Joshua Sloan is charged with Resisting with Injury (Class 2 Felony), Resisting (Class 4 Felony), Public Indecency (Class A Misdemeanor), and Resisting a Peace Officer (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2023CF358. Sloan is charged with Aggravated Battery of a Nurse (Class 3 Felony) for case 2024CF20. Sloan is charged with Resisting Correctional Office (Class 4 Felony), Attempt to Disarm Correctional Officer (Class 2 Felony), and five counts of Obstructing (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2024CF23. Sloan is charged with Aggravated Assault of a Correctional Officer (Class 4 Felony) and Aggravated Assault/Public Place (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2024CF64.
Dillon Schilling: Dillon Schilling accepted a plea deal on September 23, 2024. Schilling admitted he violated his probation, and the new case 2023CF332 was dismissed. His TASC Probation was modified, he must pay a new $1,000 fine, serve an additional 10 days in the Henry County Jail, not be eligible for day-for-day credit or credit for time served, and continue the current payment plan.
The plea in May 2024: Dillon Schilling was given four years of TASC Probation, 180 days in the Henry County Jail, a $10,000 fine plus assessments, seek controlled substance treatment, submit a DNA sample, consume no drugs or alcohol, and submit to random testing. Schilling served 10 of the 90 days in jail and will serve the remaining 80 days with Electronic Home Monitoring.
The following charges were dismissed: three counts of Felon in Possession of a Firearm (Class 3 Felony), Leaving the Scene of an Accident (Class A Misdemeanor), Failure to Notify Damaged/Unattended Vehicle (Class A Misdemeanor), Failure to Give Notice of a Crash (Class P Other), Transportation of Alcohol by a Driver (Class P Other), Improper Lane Usage (Class P Other) and No Seatbelt (Class P Other) for case 2023CF332.
