Death Investigation Determines Peoria Man’s Death on W. Division in Kewanee a Homicide

Kewanee Police are asking for the public’s help with the homicide of a 50-year-old man from Peoria, Illinois. An autopsy was performed on the deceased male found in the 800 block of West Division on June 11, 2024, and the autopsy results have ruled his death a homicide. Damon E. Foulks was pronounced deceased at the scene after police were called to the area for a welfare check around 10:10 PM, on June 8th.

The Kewanee Police Department has requested assistance from the Henry Mercer County Investigative Task Force to conduct the homicide investigation.
