Authorities in Bureau County have confirmed a deadly accident on Interstate 80 near mile marker 41. The sole occupant of an overturned cement truck is identified as 71-year-old Vincent Stuart of Fulton. Emergency crews responded to the scene, but Stuart was pronounced dead at the location.
