The fifth annual Lemonade Stand fundraiser for Braveheart Children’s Advocacy Center kicks off at College Square Park in Cambridge from July 31st through August 2nd. Community members are invited to visit the park, enjoy lemonade and a variety of snacks, and support a vital cause helping local children. Over the past four years, they’ve raised nearly $2,000 to support children facing abuse and trauma. This year’s stand promises lemonade, water, snacks, and an array of handmade crafts like bracelets and keychains, all crafted with care. Organizers hope to surpass previous donations with help from friends, family, and the wider community. Organizers have made it easy to contribute, offering both Venmo (@Hope-Marie-15) and Cash App ($HopeTrussen) options for donations. All proceeds go directly to Braveheart, which provides important resources and advocacy for children in need. Organizers are hoping for a strong turnout and generous support to continue the center’s crucial mission throughout the community.
