Support is rallying for the restoration of the Woodland Palace in Francis Park, a treasured landmark. The “Friends of Woodland Palace” invite community members to contribute to much-needed repairs. A $15 donation earns supporters the choice of a commemorative T-shirt, while supplies last. Donations can be dropped off at the Kewanee Chamber of Commerce, located at 113 East 2nd Street, during weekday mornings from 8:30 to 12:30. The donation drive will continue until the end of September.
