Frontier Communications Experiencing a Company-Wide Technical Outage

Frontier Communications is experiencing a company-wide outage and is unable to access accounts or provide technical support.  A Frontier representative told RegionalMediaNews.com that they hope to resolve the issue within 24 hours. The outage has left many people, including Kewanee residents, without internet service.  The representative said their management team hasn’t provided any updates on the outage and she suggested calling back in 24 hours. If your Frontier service is currently out, customer support is unable to access your account t or troubleshoot due to the outage. The cause of the outage is unknown at this time.
