Galva is inviting the community to its Ol’ Fashioned Christmas celebration on Saturday, November 29th. The festivities begin at the Galva Arts Council with activities for all ages, including free pony rides, carriage rides, and photos with Santa. Local businesses around the square will extend their hours, offering open houses with refreshments and special giveaways. Visitors are encouraged to bring a toy for the local Girl Scouts’ toy drive. The highlight of the evening is the lighted parade at 5 PM, winding through downtown and finishing with the official lighting of Veterans Park. Parade participants can register here.
