The LTC Art Festival recently celebrated artistic talent, with Galva JR/SR High School claiming an impressive second place overall among eleven schools. The team secured a total of 17 ribbons. Shelby Charlet’s finesse in Pencil-Still Life earned her a first place, while Addie Moore dazzled in Pencil-Miscellaneous and Colored Pencil categories. Makayla Craig showcased her versatility, bagging awards in portraits and textiles. Not to be outdone, Allison Nordstrom performed remarkably in still life and mixed media 2D. These achievements not only highlight the students’ skills but also the school’s dedicated commitment to nurturing young artists.
