    IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.

    ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms are expected across the watch area tonight into Sunday morning. Very high rainfall rates of 2 inches or greater in a short time are possible, which could lead to flash flooding particularly in urban areas. In addition, with the potential for repeated rounds of storms, some locations could receive 2 to 4 inches of rain with locally higher amounts possible. With saturated soils from previous rainfall, these rainfall rates and rainfall amounts will lead to an increased risk for flash flooding.

November 18
Officer was dispatched to a residence on SE 7 th Ave for a welfare check. The subject was located and appeared fine.
Officer assisted a business in the 00 block of SW 2 nd Street that were attempting to corral their shopping carts in high wind.

November 19
As the result of a traffic stop in the 700 block of SE 2 nd Street, Michael Durnil, 38, Kewanee, was cited for operating a vehicle when registration suspended for mandatory insurance and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was released with a required court date.
Officer was dispatched to the 200 block of Exchange Street for a 9-1-1 open line complaint. It was determined to be a mis dial.
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of SW 4 th Street for a complaint involving an assault with a motor vehicle. This case is under investigation.
Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of NW 8 th Ave for a complaint involving harassment involving several juveniles.
Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of SW 4 th Street for a domestic disturbance. AS the result, James Staggs, 37, Kewanee, was arrested for domestic battery and criminal damage to property. He was taken to the Henry Co Jail.

November 20
Officer, along with the fire department and Stark Co Medic, were dispatched to a single vehicle accident with unknown injuries on Route 34 about 1 miles east of town. Henry Co also responded and handled the crash report.
Officer was dispatched to the 200 block of Morgan Road for a 9-1-1 hang up complaint. It was determined to be a mis dial.
Officer was dispatched to the 1000 block of North Center Ave for an animal complaint involving a cat trying to get into the building.
Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of Morgan Road for a two vehicle accident with damage only. A crash report was completed.

November 21
Officer was dispatched to the 400 block of SE 7 th Ave for a prowler complaint. Officer was not able to locate anyone.
As the result of a traffic stop in the 700 block of SE 2 nd Street, Tasia Thompson, 38, Geneseo, was cited for operating a vehicle when registration suspended for mandatory insurance and operating an uninsured vehicle. She was released with a required court date.
Officer was dispatched to the 200 block of Front Street to assist a citizen.
Officer was dispatched to the 800 block of NE 1 st Ave for a loose dog complaint. The owner was notified after officer was not able to catch it.
Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of SW 3 rd Street for a loose dog complaint. The dogs belongs to the resident and were taken back inside.
Officer was dispatched to the Chester Street railroad crossing for a crossing arm malfunction. BNSF was contacted for repairs.
Officer was dispatched to the 900 block of SE 2 nd Street for a 9-1-1 hang up call. The call plotted at a cell tower.

November 22
Officer was dispatched to the 900 block of SE 2 nd Street for a disorderly conduct complaint.
Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of SE 1 st Ave for a child custody dispute.
Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of East Division Street for a reckless driving complaint.

November 23
Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of Front Street for a telephone harassment complaint.
Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of NW 8 th Ave for a theft over $500 and criminal damage to property complaint at a rental property.
Officer was dispatched to the 1000 block of NW 7 th Ave for a loose and aggressive dog complaint.

November 24
Officer was dispatched to the 800 block of NE 3 rd Street for a dead animal complaint after a squirrel was found in a plastic bag in complainant’s driveway.
Officer was dispatched to a residence on NE 6 th Street to check the welfare of a subject. The subject was located and taken by ambulance for treatment / evaluation.
Officer was dispatched to the 400 block of SW 3 rd Ave for a barking dog complaint.
