December 2
Officer was dispatched to the 700 block of NW 4 th Street to assist a citizen.
Officer was dispatched to a residence on SE 7 th Ave to check the welfare of a subject that was reportedly living there without any utilities. The subject advised they were fine and had power and water.
Officer was dispatched to the 900 block of SE 2 nd Street for a 9-1-1 hang up complaint. Officer was not able to locate anyone needing assistance.

December 3
Officer was dispatched to the 1200 block of SE 2 nd Street to assist a citizen who had locked their keys inside a vehicle. Tarletons Service was contacted and were able to unlock the door.
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of NW 5 th Street for a verbal domestic disturbance.
Officer assisted Kewanee PD with locating a subject in the 100 block of NE 9 th Street.
Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of SE 8 th Ave for a parking complaint. The subject was waiting for a meeting and moved to a different location.
Officer was dispatched to the 1000 block of North Center Ave for a two vehicle accident with damage only. A crash report was completed.
Officer went to a residence in the 300 block of NE 9 th Street to attempt to locate a wanted person. As the result, Amanda Robinson, 32, Galva, was arrested on a Henry Co warrant for charges of 5 counts of possession of meth, 2 counts of possessing hypodermic needles, and 2 counts of meth delivery. She was taken to the Henry Co Jail.

December 4
Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of SE 2 nd Street to assist a motorist that had locked their keys inside a vehicle. Tarletons Service was contacted and were able to unlock the vehicle.
Officer was dispatched to the 1000 block of North Center Ave for a 9-1-1 rapid sos alert from a cell phone. It was determined to be a false alarm.
Officer was dispatched to the 800 block of NE 3 rd Street for an animal neglect complaint.
Officer was dispatched to a verbal domestic disturbance complaint in the 100 block of SE 2 nd Street.
As the result of a traffic stop in the 300 block of North Center Ave, Michael Gustafson, 56, Galva, was cited for operating a vehicle when registration suspended for mandatory insurance and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was released with a required court date.
Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of North Center Ave to remove a tree branch that fell into the roadway.
Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of NE 6 th Ave for a disorderly conduct complaint.

December 5
Officer was dispatched to the 900 block of NE 2 nd Street for a utility wire down complaint. The wire was determined to be a phone line. Frontier was notified for repairs.
Officer was dispatched to the 200 block of NW 1 st Ave after a 9-1-1 call was placed. After investigating, Jacob Dailey, 21, Kewanee, was arrested for domestic battery. He was taken to the Henry Co Jail.

December 6
Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of SW 3 rd Street to assist Kewanee PD with making contact with a domestic violence victim. The subject decided not to prosecute.

December 7
Officer was dispatched to the north edge of town to watch for a reckless driver that was reportedly heading towards Galva. Officer was not able to locate.

December 8
Officer was dispatched to the Exchange Street railroad crossing for a complaint involving a group of juveniles playing along the railroad tracks. 2 juveniles were located near the area, but denied being on the train tracks.
