December 1
Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of SW 3 rd Street for a 9-1-1 hang up call. It was determined to be a mis dial.
Officer was dispatched to the 400 block of NW 11 th Street for a 9-1-1 hang up call. It was determined to be a pocket dial.
Officer was dispatched to the 400 block of SE 6 th Ave for a verbal domestic disturbance.
Officer was dispatched to the Exchange Street railroad tracks for a crossing arm malfunction. BNSF was contacted for repairs.

December 2
Officer was dispatched to the 400 block of SW 1 st Ave for a possible violation of an order of protection. The complaint was unfounded.
Officer was dispatched to the 400 block of SW 1 st Ave for an ongoing harassment complaint.
Officer was dispatched to a residence on SE 3 rd Street for a mental health evaluation.

December 3
Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of NW 4 th Ave to assist a citizen.
Officer was dispatched to the 900 block of North Center Ave after a reported natural gas leak. Ameren also responded and was able to shut the gas off.
Officer was dispatched to the 600 block of North Center Ave for a missing person-adult report.
Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of SE 2 nd Street for a verbal domestic disturbance.

December 4
While patrolling, officer located an unoccupied vehicle in the ditch on Bonham Road just west of town.
Officer was dispatched to Veterans Park for a 9-1-1 open line call. It was a mis dial.
Officer was dispatched to a residence on SW 1 st Ave for a welfare check. The subject was fine.
Officer was dispatched to a residence on East Division Street for a welfare check.
While patrolling, Officer noticed a crossing arm malfunction at the Chester Street and NE 2 nd Street train tracks. BSF was contacted for repairs.
Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of NW 6 th Ave for a loose dog complaint. The dog returned home on it’s own.
Officer, along with deputies from Henry Co, were dispatched to a residence on NW 4 th Street after a complaint of a suicidal subject with a knife to their own throat. After an extended time, the subject surrendered and was taken by ambulance for evaluation / treatment.

December 5
Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of SW 6 th Ave for a 9-1-1 open line complaint. It was determined to be a mis dial.
Officer was dispatched to the 200 block of Morgan Road to assist a motorist who locked their keys inside a vehicle. A family member brought a spare key.
Officer was dispatched west of town on Route 34 to assist a motorist who had slid off the roadway. A friend was able to pull vehicle out of ditch.
Officer was dispatched to the 200 block of NW 7 th Ave in reference to a runaway juvenile complaint. The juvenile was located at a friend’s house and returned.

December 6
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of SE 2 nd Ave for a 9-1-1 hang up complaint. Officer was not able to make contact with anyone at the residence.
Officer was dispatched to a physical domestic disturbance in progress in the 400 block of NE 3 rd Street. As the result, Ryley Rafferty, 24, Galva, was arrested for domestic battery and unlawful restraint. He was taken to the Henry Co Jail.
Officer was dispatched to the 400 block of James B Young Road for a 9-1-1 open line complaint. It was determined to be a construction worker that had a pocket dial.

December 7
Officer assisted Henry Co with a traffic stop and vehicle search in the 00 block of NW 8 th Ave that resulted in an arrest for methamphetamine possession and a full nationwide warrant with no bond. Henry Co transported the arrestee to the Henry Co Jail.
Officer was notified that a subject that was entered as a missing person-adult last week had been located in Laguna Beach, California.
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of NE 8 th Street for a 9-1-1 open line complaint. It was determined to be a mis dial.
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of SW 4 th Street for a loud music complaint. The complaint was unfounded.
While patrolling, officer located a vehicle that had slid off the roadway in the 700 block of SW 4 th Street. A friend nearby was able to use a truck to pull them back onto the roadway.
