Officer was notified about a vehicle repossession taking place in the 300 block of NE 1 st Street. The vehicle was recovered without incident.
While patrolling, officer located a large piece of metal in the roadway in the 1000 block of SE 2 nd Street. It was removed.
Officer was dispatched to the 1000 block of SE 2 nd Street for a 9-1-1 open line complaint. It was determined to be an accidental mis dial.
Officer assisted a citizen in the 300 block of Commercial Street.
June 2
Officer spoke to a resident by telephone in reference to a civil matter involving personal items left at a former residence.
Officer was dispatched three times to the 00 block of SW 4 th Street for a loud music complaint. The complaint was unfounded after officer noticed the music was playing at a low and reasonable volume.
Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of NW 8 th Ave for a verbal domestic disturbance.
June 3
Officer was notified about a vehicle repossession taking place in the 800 block of North Center Ave. The vehicle was recovered without incident.
Officer was dispatched to the 600 block of SW 2 nd Ave for a wild animal complaint involving a sick or injured fox. Officer was not able to locate it.
June 4
Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of SW 6 th Ave for a low speed vehicle inspection. A permit was issued.
Officer assisted the ambulance with a patient who had fainted in the 300 block of Market Street.
June 5
Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of NW 3 rd Ave for a traffic complaint involving a possible intoxicated driver. Officer was not able to locate.
Officer spoke to a resident by telephone about a freedom of information act request.
June 6
Officer was dispatched to the 1100 block of NW 5 th Ave for a solicitor complaint.
Officer was dispatched to the 700 block of West Division Street for a loose dog complaint. Officer was not able to locate it.
June 7
Officer was dispatched to the 400 block of NW 2 nd Street for a wild animal complaint involving an injured raccoon.
Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of NE 7 th Street for a complaint involving someone knocking on the door and then running away.
